An Alumni Interaction for MCA I and II year students was organized on 29th May,2021 (Saturday).
The topic of the session was “Understanding corporate Expectations”. Mr Aniket Verma was the Resource Person who is currently Senior Manager -Salesforce with Global University System. He has vide industry experience in different companies like NIIT, 3 Pillar Global, Indus Valley Partner, event etc.
Mr Aniket Verma started the session by sharing his own journey from JIMS to corporate and discussed the challenges that we usually face in corporate life. It was an interactive session regarding career opportunities and work-life balance. He provided us with immense knowledge about the areas to concentrate while preparing for the placements such as research about the company, power of dressing, resume writing etc. Then he discussed few general questions asked in any interview and guided the students for the answers also. He explained three major aspects(Technical, Analytical and Behavioral) of any IT interview.
The session was a great success, providing valuable tips to the students for cracking the interview..
