The preliminary round for the event was conducted on 20th May 2021 as a time bound online quiz with large number of participants and final event was conducted on 26th May 2021. Apart from being a fun event, the main motto was to inculcate the management skills in students to strategise the plan of action and take effective and timely decisions with available resources subject to various constraints. The student coordinators were Udeshya , Angad and Yash of BBA and BCA 1st year.
On the day of final event the teams were updated with the rules and regulations. Each team got a purse value of 40 crores in which they had to make a team of 11 players as per criteria given.
First bid started at a base price of 50 lakhs for a player and it went upto 16 Crores for a single player. Teams participated with great enthusiasm in the event.
“EVERYONE HAS A WILL TO WIN BUT VERY FEW HAVE THE WILL TO PREPARE TO WIN”
The above statement was proved when the teams earlier winning lost the match and team that followed strategies and plan of action keeping in mind all the constraints and resources won and earned their prize. Flag of victory was hosted by THE INVINCIBLES followed by MCA WARRIORS. At the end faculty members, all the student coordinators along with participants were there for a photo session.
In all the event was about being effective management, strategizing and timely decision making skills.
