JIMS,Rohini successfully conducted an online MDP on "Staying Motivatedat Wok" on 3rd March,2021 and 6th March, 2021 for the zonalmanagers of Punjab & Sind Bank. The 2 day program includedsessions on Power of Positivity, Building Sustainable Happiness in ChallengingTimes and Achieveing Workplace Delight through Emotional Intelligence whichwere taken by Dr.Pratima Daipuria, Prof Suneel Keswani and Dr. Neelam Dhall. Overall, it was highly useful to the participants.
The threeday program had an enthusiastic involvement by the participants, who notonly enjoyed all the activities but were able to relate the implication aswell.
