PGDM department organized a guest session on “Aspirations to Achievements – insights from Alumni” for PGDM batch (20-22) on 8th Aug 2020. The JIMS alumni were Mr. Yogesh Pandey PGDM Batch (2012-14) Sales officer-Nestle, Ms.Tanmeet Ahuja PGDM batch (2014-16) PR Marketing Manager- BIGO Technology and Ms. Umang Puri PGDM Batch (2017-19) Tax Consultant –Deloitte. PGDM department provided a platform to new batch to get familiarize with the JIMS environment.
The alumni started the session by sharing their journey and experiences in JIMS by participating in activities apart from academics, helps them to improve their personality overall. The speaker also shared their experiences at corporate. They motivated the new batch to enhance their learning plethora and make the maximum use of PGDM two year program in term of up scaling their skill set.
Overall, the session was informative and interactive as students got to know about the college life and they have taken the key points from the alumni as how to work hard to get campus placements in the top notch companies.
