Tuesday Talk by Ms. Priyanka Gandhi and Dr. Deepti Sharma

Ms. Priyanka Gandhi presented a research paper titled “Digital Marketing:- Its framework and Team work” The objective of the research was to highlight the change that has taken place in the marketing domain. The traditional marketing has been added and replaced with the significant change of digital marketing platform that has completely revolutionized the marketing framework. The marketing team mangers are now a days undertaking the task of organizing the digital marketing teams. The research highlights the framework of digital marketing along with its key elements, process and technology. The research also defines the path to organize and structure the digital marketing team along with their critical roles and responsibilities. The paper presents the views collected through extensive interviews conducted with various marketing team mangers of different companies. Though roles and responsibilities may show variations from company to company, but the knowledge of digital marketing structure will surely help the marketing managers in forming the efficient the digital marketing team.

Dr. Deepti Sharma presented a paper titled “A study of customers attitude towards chatbots in Banking Industry of India” She discussed about the customer’s attitude towards the chatbots in Banking Industry of India. She used correlation analysis to determine and understand the attitude of customer for acceptance and adoption of chatbots in banking industry. Data was collected through Primary survey. 100 people were targeted, out of which 72 responded. The study concludes a positive correlation between the attitude and the adoption of chatbots. As part of the conclusion author made some suggestions and recommendations discussing the implementation of chatbots in the banking industry of India
