INVESTOFIN – Finance club of JIMS organized an activity FINQZ - Finance Quiz on 5th March 2019 in the auditorium for PGDM batch (2018-20) students.
The event was organized to challenge the knowledge and awareness of students on various aspects of finance. The event got tremendous response from the students. In total 16 teams appeared in screening round. The screening round had general awareness questions on finance. Out of 16 teams, only 6 teams were selected to participate in the next round of FINQZ. To keep audience engaged and active many types of filler activities were conducted. For the fillers each correct answer was rewarded with chocolate.
The screening round was followed by the other three rounds i.e. second round of pictures where team member had to identify personalities and logos. Third round comprised of jumbled sentences and fourth round was about core finance.
At the end top three teams were awarded. First team got ?2100 as prize money, second team got prize money of ?1500 and third team got ?900 as prize money. Finance Club convener gave away cash prizes and certificates to the winning teams.
