This is the time when final year students of BBA begin their placement preperations. To help these students, JIMS Rohini, Sec-5, organised a guest lecture on Thursday, 30th August, 2018. The session was conducted by Dr. Neelam Dhall who is an expert in the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She enlightened the students by giving an explicit knowledge about the screening rounds that take place during the placement, which begin with a written test, followed by group discussion, and personal interview. She gave students a deeper understanding about all these rounds and what all are expected from them during the process. Students were also briefed about how one should be dressed up, what should be their body language and how should they converse during the group discussion and personal interview. The event were having concluded with a Q&A session, where Dr. Dhall, cleared out all the doubts that the students were having regarding the placements. The session certainly helped in motivating the students and boosting their confidence. This will certainly help them in facing the recruiters during placement process
