JIMS organised a Guest session on “Transformational Leadership” by Retd Lt General K J Singh, PVSM, AVSM & Bar on 9th July 2018 for PGDM Batch (2018-20). He emphasised on taking responsibility in life and importance of setting goal and taking initiatives to achieve the goal. He also gave example from his own army life and the role of discipline in one’s life.
He shared with students 10 keys of leadership and their application in life to manage and lead.
He also spoke about using the present technology in beneficial way. He guided students in accepting the criticism in life and how it can be guide one to improve the every stage of life.
This session was inspiring and motivating for all and the General concluded the session by focussing on the tagline "Find your mojo" means to find your passion.
