Objective of the Event: The panel discussion focused on exploring the evolving landscape of startups, emphasizing the role of innovation in navigating emerging global challenges and opportunities. As the startup ecosystem continues to adapt to technological advancements, shifting consumer behaviors, and dynamic market conditions, innovation serves as a key driver of growth, sustainability, and competitive advantage. The discussion aimed to highlight how startups can leverage cutting-edge technologies, agile business models, and strategic collaborations to thrive in the ever-changing world of entrepreneurship.
Learning Outcomes: The event gave the opportunity to the participants to practice their public speaking, researching, and presentation skills and boosted their morale and confidence.The IThink Panel and Academics Club organized a Panel Discussion on the topic—The Future of Startups: Innovation in the New Evolving World, 12 noon onwards in the A Building Auditorium on 17th February 2025.
BBA Students and BA. Eco Hons students attended the event as the audience. The 8 panelists and the moderator had a healthy discussion about the dynamic and rapidly evolving startup ecosystem, emphasizing the critical role of innovation in fostering business growth and sustainability. The discussion highlighted how emerging technologies, shifting market trends, and evolving consumer behaviors are shaping the future of entrepreneurship. Panelists explored the significance of adaptability, strategic risk-taking, and collaboration in creating successful startups that can thrive in an increasingly competitive and digitalized world. The participants established and flourished skills like public speaking, rigorous research, and critical thinking which helped boost their confidence.
The panel discussion was moderated by Khushi Makhija, and the panelists presented forth their views. Dr. Jyotsna Oswal, Faculty Coordinator, IThink Panel, organized the whole event, and the entire IThink team also helped with the coordination.
Before the panel, a roleplay was performed by the students of BBA, namely: Angel, Ishika Sharma, Lavanya Gumber, Pushkar Taneja, Anand Sharma, Anushvee Sharma, Kaashvi Chadha, Jagnoor Singh, Driti Arora, Mishthi Anand, Devansh Pooni, Tushar Kapoor, Deepanshi Atal.
After the introduction by the moderator, the panelists involved themselves in a very intense discussion on the given topic. Dr. Sheetal Chadda, Mr. Shashwat Gupta, and Mr. Aman Goyal attended the event as the judges and the following awards were awarded:

- Best Actor - Anand Sharma
The event wrapped up by awarding all the panelists, the moderator, and the coordinator with mementos and certificates for their participation, as well as a vote of thanks to the faculty and the audience.
