Event Highlights:
The event began with a warm welcome from the Anchors of the event Hansi Mittal and Shreya Bajaj from BBA, who introduced the objectives and highlighted the significance of gender discussions. In the first round, a group discussion was held on the topic “Inclusive Workplaces: How Far Have We Come and What More Needs to Be Done.” Participants actively engaged in structured discussions covering various gender-related issues, including workplace stereotypes, media portrayal of gender roles, and the impact of inclusivity on professional growth.
The second round, Photo Extempore, tested participants' ability to think critically and express their perspectives on gender-related themes.
