Objective
To provide an overview of the various programs, events, and initiatives organized by the IIC,
highlighting opportunities for members to participate, lead, and contribute.
The handholding session for newly recruited IIC members 2024 held on 22nd October 2024 was
aimed to orient and integrate new members into the Institution's Innovation Council. The session
began with an introduction to the IIC’s vision, objectives, and the significant role it plays in driving
innovation and entrepreneurship within the institution. Participants were then provided an overview
of key programs, activities, and events, highlighting avenues for engagement and leadership. The
session also featured interactive activities focused on skill development, team collaboration, and
problem solving, fostering a sense of community and equipping members with the tools needed for
active participation in the council’s future initiatives.
The session also facilitated valuable networking and team-building experiences, laying a strong
foundation for a collaborative and innovative environment. With a solid understanding of the IIC’s
vision and programs, the newly recruited members are now well-equipped to contribute
meaningfully to the council’s future initiatives
