Objective of the Event

The Institution Innovation Council (IIC) recently hosted a workshop titled "IPR Insights: Empowering Students on Intellectual Property Rights" for 1st-year MCA students, led by Dr. Prachi Sharma, a renowned IPR specialist. The event was held on October 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Auditorium of A Building. The session introduced students to key aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks. The workshop emphasized on the role of IPR in protecting innovations, underlining its importance for academic research and professional careers. Dr. Sharma provided practical guidance on IPR policies, helping students understand how to safeguard their ideas.
