To groom the students in this aspect JIMS Rohini, Sec -5, organized a session on 9 th October, 2024 that was delivered by Ms. Rupakshi Gaur who is an Assistant Professor in JIMS and has an extensive experience in the domain of management education. The event on “Career Opportunities After BBA” was organized with the aim of providing students pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) an insight into various career paths they can explore after graduation.
Objectives:
The primary objectives of this event were:
- To inform BBA students about the various career options available after completing their degree.
- To provide guidance on higher education opportunities, such as MBA, and professional certifications.
- To highlight the growing demand for specific skills in the job market and how BBA graduates can align their skills accordingly.
- To motivate students to explore entrepreneurial ventures and other non-traditional career paths.

The resource person began by emphasizing the versatility of a BBA degree and how it equips students with foundational knowledge in management, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations. They elaborated on the wide range of career opportunities, such as:
