OBJECTIVE:
The main objective of the session was to encourage students to develop a well rounded skill set in multiple technologies and help them to face various interview challenges and help them to remove obstacles that they face during their confidence building. To a large extent emphasis was made to maintain their professional engagement in a positive way. Also it was also meant to cover the below aspect.
- Verifying the facts provided by the candidate in their resume, cover letter and job application
- Providing the candidate with general facts and necessary descriptions about the job and the company
- Understanding the candidate's motivation and intention of pursuing a job
- Enquiring about the interviewee's career goals and considering how it aligns with the role
EVENT:
The Session started with telling students on how they can discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency and performance. Throughout the session, the focus was made on the industry standards and managing terms.
They were told the importance of student engagement and how attending sessions like these are critical milestone in the transition from student life to the professional world.
CONCLUSION:
The session was fully conducted by the student council under the guidance and mentorship of teacher incharge.
