Introduction:
The Gender Championship Club of JIMS Rohini organized an engaging and fun-filled
event, "MYSTIQUE 2.O," on 10th October 2024 at the A-building Auditorium. The event
was designed to test participants' creativity and guessing abilities through a 3-round
challenge, featuring a Quiz, Figgerits, and Pictionary. The event attracted enthusiastic
participation from students, creating a lively and competitive atmosphere.
Event Highlights:
- Inauguration: The event commenced at 12:00 PM with a brief introduction of the
event structure and rules. Participants were grouped into teams of two, as per the
event guidelines, and were eager to prove their skills.
- Level 1: Quiz Round: The first round was a knowledge-based quiz, covering topics on
gender equality, current affairs, and pop culture. The teams with the highest scores
moved forward to the next stage.
- Level 2: Figgerits: In the second round, participants tackled "Figgerits," a challenging
word puzzle game that required logical thinking and creativity. Teams worked hard
to decode phrases and match them with their respective clues.
- Level 3: Pictionary: The final round was a high-energy game of Pictionary, where
teams had to quickly guess words based on drawings. This round generated a lot of
excitement as teams raced against the clock to score the highest points.
- Prize Distribution: After completing all three rounds, the winning team was awarded
trophies and certificates. Their quick thinking, creativity, and teamwork set them
apart from the rest of the competition.
Event Summary -
Mystique 2.0 brought together students for an engaging and insightful event focused on genderbased themes. The event featured three main activities: a quiz competition, Figgerit, and
Pictionary. Each challenge tested the participants' knowledge, creativity, and critical thinking on
topics related to gender equality and awareness.
A total of 40 teams participated, competing enthusiastically across all activities. The quiz
challenged participants with thought-provoking questions, while Figgerit engaged teams in
solving gender-themed word puzzles. In the Pictionary round, creativity was on full display as
participants illustrated key gender concepts.
The event successfully combined fun with education, promoting a deeper understanding
of gender issues.
