INTRODUCTION:
The National Service Scheme (NSS) Club of JIMS Rohini organized a medical camp for all students and staff of JIMS in collaboration with CURELO testing labs on November 1, 2023 in the A block conference room of JIMS sector-5 campus, Rohini. The main aim behind the
same was increasing health care awareness among people.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
- The medical camp offered complimentary checkups conducted by doctors specializing in General Medicine, Obstetrics &
Gynecology (OBG), Ophthalmology (Eye), Ear Nose & Throat (ENT) and Orthopedic starting from 10 am
- Numerous faculty members, including staff and students from all the academic programs of the college, enthusiastically took part
in the medical camp and underwent health check-ups. The attending doctors also provided extensive consultation to all the willing participants, effectively enhancing their self-awareness regarding health and safety.
CONCLUSION:
The medical camp organized by the NSS club in partnership with C
testing labs has proven to be a highly successful endeavor in promoting the health and well-being of the JIMS sector 5 community. The comprehensive range of medical services offered during the event has contributed to a holistic approach to healthcare. Such initiatives play a pivotal role in nurturing a thriving and well-informed academic community, providing numerous college members with valuable
knowledge about their own health.
