The PATRIOTIC CLUB of JIMS organized a series of events based on “Say no to Corruption, Commit to the nation” in order to spread awareness about Vigilance Week. The activities were held from October 30, 2023 to November 2, 2023
OBJECTIVE
- To generate awareness about ill effects of corruption
- To prevent corruption and misconduct.
EVENT
The 4 day event was organized by Patriotic Club to spread awareness about the ill effects of the corruption on the theme “Say no to Corruption; commit to the Nation”. The main objective of the event was to conduct an activity where the awareness campaign was organized and plan a Nukkad Natak .A large participation was seen on first day, the event was Canvas paining on the above theme. The students were so enthusiastic to participate and devote their time in giving their best. It was evident that students are aware of the ill effects of corruption and are ready to play their roles in eradicating it. In the series of events, the participants painted their views on corruption during canvas painting competition. Second day the Nukkad Natak was organized which was an interactive way to spread awareness among masses which was enjoyed by all. Last day along with the Sports club, Patriotic Club organized the march past where the slogans were given to the students for making the students aware about the “Say no to Corruption; commit to the Nation”.
LEARNING OUTCOME
The students learnt that corruption is hollowing the roots of our nation and must be stopped at earliest. The preventive steps must be adopted against this social evil.
