Objective:
The primary objective of Colourful Cravings was to provide a platform for students to unleash their culinary creativity and ingenuity. By challenging teams to devise unique food items based on a chosen color theme, the event aimed to foster innovation, teamwork, and a spirit of healthy competition. Moreover, it sought to promote cross-disciplinary interaction and provide a memorable experience for the entire college community.

The aroma of culinary delights and the vibrant hues of creativity filled the air at JIMS SECTOR 5 ROHINI on April 23, 2024. This much-anticipated event brought together students from all disciplines to showcase their gastronomic prowess and innovative spirit. With each team tasked with creating a culinary masterpiece centered around a single colour, Colourful Cravings promised a sensory feast like no other, welcoming the students, faculty members and coordinators.
Outcomes:-
- Sales Performance: The primary criterion for evaluating the teams was their sales performance. Teams were assessed based on the revenue generated from their respective stalls. This criterion not only measured the marketability of the food items but also the effectiveness of the teams' promotional and pricing strategies.
- Presentation: Presentation played a crucial role in attracting customers and enhancing the overall dining experience. Teams were judged on the visual appeal of their stalls, including factors such as décor, arrangement of food items, and hygiene standards. Creative presentation techniques, such as thematic decorations and innovative serving methods, were encouraged to captivate the audience.

In total 1222 teams participated, out of which the following students were awarded

Students were awarded with certificates and gifts to the top 2 teams

Teams comprising a maximum of four members showcased their culinary creativity by setting up stalls selling food items of a single colour. Students from all courses revelled in the culinary extravaganza, sampling an array of colourful delicacies. Ultimately, the winning team was lauded for their exemplary sales, innovative stall decoration, and the overall appeal of their offerings. Alongside the judgment, the title of the Best Team was bestowed upon the deserving winners, commemorated with enthusiastic cheers and photographs capturing the memorable moments of the fest.
