JIMS Rohini Organized Strategic Employee Engagaement


Objectives:

To provide an opportunity to develop their skills, so that students can learn about the concept of employee engagement and how it plays an important role to foster a positive work environment, improved productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational success


Learning Outcomes:

The session helped the students in developing a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and taking ownership of one's work. It also helped them to learn about the required skills to be effective leaders and how they can improve productivity and personal efficacy.

JIMS Rohini, Sec-5, organized a guest session on “Strategic Employee Engagaement” facilitated by Prof. Pronoy Dutt. General Manager – Human Resources at Wigan & Leigh College Limited.

Prof. Pronoy is currently working as General Manager & Head – Human Resources at Uttam Toyota

Employee engagement is so important to all organizations because having effective strategies in-place helps create a better work culture, reduce staff turnover, increase productivity, build better work and customer relationships, and impact company profits. During the session the students were given various insights on how to increase their engagement levels so that they can become effective leaders and can improve productivity and personal efficacy.

Overall, the workshop was informative and engaging. It provided students with a better understanding of what to expect in the corporate world and what skills are necessary to succeed. The seminar ended with a Q&A session where students had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify their doubts.
