It was decided to conduct a ‘VIKSIT BHARAT CAMPAIGN
The NSS team, in collaboration with JIMS Sankalp and Alankar team, organized an event at Citizens Model Senior Secondary School, Rohini, to spread awareness about "Viksit Bharat 2047" among the students.
The ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ agenda is a comprehensive vision plan by the Government of India, aiming to transform India into a developed nation by the year 2047, marking the 100th anniversary of its independence.
The four pillars of Viksit Bharat are Yuva (Youth), Garib (Poor), Mahila (Women) and Kisan (Framers).
The event featured various activities aimed at engaging the students in understanding and contributing towards the vision of a developed India by 2047.
A compelling street play, performed by the NSS team and volunteers from JIMS Sankalp depicted various aspects of a strong developed India, highlighting the importance of education, technology, equality, and environmental sustainability.
Musical performances by Jims Alankar team, showcased the talent of students through melodious songs with lyrics emphasizing the values and aspirations of a developed India.
Various Interactive discussions were conducted to elucidate the concept of Viksit Bharat 2047 in which Students actively participated, asked questions and shared their perspectives, fostering a deeper understanding and engagement with the subject matter. The creative mediums used in the event, such as street plays and music, simplified complex ideas and made them relatable to the audience, ensuring a lasting impact.
The NSS event at Citizens Model School, Rohini, was a resounding success in promoting the vision of a developed India by 2047, thanks to the enthusiastic support and contributions of the NSS team, JIMS Sankalp, Alankar team, and all participants.
