Objective of the contest: The primary goal of the event is to discuss the latest developments in the field of Intelligent Systems & Pattern Recognition Using Machine Learning.

ICICCT-2023 was organized on Zoom on 27th May 2023, we received total 323 submissions, out of which 65 papers were shortlisted for review, 15 papers were finally recommended for publication in Springer CCIS proceeding indexed in Scopus. Out of 15 papers, 12 papers were from abroad and 03 papers were from India. We received papers from USA, Ireland, Egypt, Singapore, UAE, Bangladesh, Switzerland, South Africa, North Africa, Australia, Pakistan, Mexico, Russia & Germany The program started at 10.05 am with Welcome address by Dr.Praveen Arora, Director Address by Dr.Pooja Jain at 10.15 am, General Chair address at 10.25 am by Prof (Dr.) Jemal Abawajy, (Professor, Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, Deakin University,Australia).
Program Chair address at 10.35 am by Dr.Ali Bou Nassif (Associate Professor of Computer Engineering &Vice Dean of Graduate Studies, College of Computing and Informatics,
University of Sharjah, Sharjah - United Arab Emirates) Technical session 01 started at 11.00 am by Welcome address of Dr. Saroj Kr. Biswas ( Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science Engg, NIT Silchar, India). Total 07 papers were presented in technical session 01. Technical session 02 started at 12.00 pm by Welcome address of Dr. Dilip Singh Sisodia (Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science Engg, NIT Raipur, India). Total 08 papers were presented in technical session 02. The conference was ended with vote of thanks given by Dr. Latika Kharb & Dr. Deepak Chahal, Convener ICICCT-2023 at 3.15 p.m.
