Samadhaan is a case study competition that aims to provide a platform for young and budding managers to showcase their analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. The competition was conducted in two rounds, the shortlisting round, and the main case study round. The coordinators of the event were responsible for managing the smooth functioning of the competition and ensuring that the participants had a fair and competitive experience.
Shortlisting Round
The first round of the Samadhaan case study competition was the shortlisting round. This round was designed to test the analytical skills of the participants. It comprised an analytical quiz with 20 questions that the teams had to solve within 30 minutes. A total of 33 teams participated in this round, out of which only 10 teams were shortlisted for the main case study round.
Main Case Study Round
The main case study round of the Samadhaan competition was held on 17th April. The shortlisted teams were provided with a case study and were asked to analyze it. They had to make a PowerPoint presentation of possible solutions to the questions asked in the case study within 1 hour. The teams then had to pitch their ideas to the judges. The top two teams were awarded trophies.
