Ardour: The Cultural Club of JIMS organized FLOWER ARRANGEMENT COMPETITION on 24th March 2023. Students of all courses i.e., BBA, BCA, B.A. Eco (H), MCA took part in the explicative event.
Objective:
• To provide students with an opportunity to present their creative minds.
• To pave the path for students so that they can use their creativity to build model using flowers.
• Celebrate the beauty and diversity of flowers
G20 flower arrangement is to create a beautiful and meaningful display that honors the value. The event was scheduled on 24th March from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. A good number of responses were received from the students for this event. The anchors started the show with a bang and pulled the crowd towards the stage. Several students also showcased their dancing and singing talent in between to entertain the audience. Then all the participants got a team number after which they were told to prepare their work in 1 hour 45 minutes then a 15 minutes explanation on the same. Ms. Sugandha judged the competition.
Overall, the event was a great success, attracting hundreds of students to witness the beauty of flowers and plants and appreciate the amazing work done by the participants.
Learning Outcomes:
This activity helped the students to showcase their talents and let them engage with the new surroundings through the event organized for them. Enhance student's ability to work and collaborate together in a group and develop effective & creative ways to showcase the environment. It also helped them improve their artistic skills and make students aware of G20.
