Team Dynamic Activity was aimed at building effective relationships within the team including team building exercises and behavioural activities. PGDM IB,JIMS Rohini organised a group activity on organizational behaviour on 6th December ,2022 from 3.30 to 5:00 pm. This activity was organized by Dr. Neelam dhall to evaluate the interpersonal skills of the students.
This activity included two parameters (creative zone and team work building) with the help of two competitive activities. Students were divided into groups for the competition amongst them. Poster making, bridge activity were the major points of attraction to teach students how to work in a team and how to become a leader while working together. These activities helped students to activate their decision making skills which can further help them in becoming an efficient manager.
The outcome of such activities results in psychological relaxation, resolution of conflicts and helps working in most effective ways with mutual understanding.
