JIMS Rohini, Sec -5, organized a communication skills workshop on 19th Oct, 2022, in order to enhance the communication skills of students and to make them more confident. The session was delivered by Ms. Shalu Mehra who is an ELT Consultant, Author & Corporate Coach. She is an expert in the field of communication skills training.
Objective:
- To enable participants to communicate clearly and with impact, by improving their verbal and non-verbal communication style, as well as enhancing interpersonal skills.

Ms. Shalu Mehra is an expert in the domain of Communication skills training. She conducted a very interactive session with students in which she discussed about the important aspects of verbal and non verbal communication with the students so that they can identify their areas of improvement and hone their communication skills that they can be effective communicators while giving presentations and can feel more confident while appearing in interviews and GDs.
Students asked their individual queries and were guided accordingly. A self evaluation quiz was also conducted with students so that they can assess their own communication effectiveness.

- Handle the interview process confidently.
- Learn the subtle nuances of an effective group discussion.
