PGDM department has organised a session on “Three E's of Mindfulness- Explore, Experience and Express” for PGDM batch ( 2022-24) students on 31st Aug 2022 by Ms Dimple Mehta – Founder Soul Diets Foundation.
The speaker started the session by stating the importance of mindfulness in the hectic in day to day life. She also taught the students how to practice mindfulness by performing simple exercises.
She also discussed the nuances of three Es and how it helps in enhancing the thought process of an individual. Furthermore, she taught some exercises to the students which helps them incorporating in their daily life.
Overall, the session was very insightful and informative.
