The purpose of the event was to give an exposure to the students wherein they can market their product, ideas, learn about different marketing strategies, maintain their finance, have an exposure to real customers who can taste and try their offerings and give their feedback which is valuable to emerging entrepreneurs. The participation of students can be seen with a great zeal as the total nomination which came was for 33 stalls but as per the limitation of resources only 22 of them was finalised. These stalls were finalized on the basis of certain parameters such as uniqueness of idea, creativeness of work and other elements.

The event started with the inaugural ceremony wherein Dr. Pooja Jain, Director, JIMS, Dr. Pratima Daipuria, Dean PGDM with other faculties cut the ribbon and cake to start the event on a sweet note.

The excitement of teachers, students, and other staff of the college was seen as they visited stalls, tried different food, bought creative art pieces and enjoyed games.

Other winners from each category were selected on other criteria such as best banner, creativity and presentation of their stalls.
