Institute innovation Council of Jagan Institute of Management Studies conducted General Meeting for discussion on conducting the Hackathon for Armed Forces welfare and veteran resettlement on 7th July, 2022.
The agenda for the meeting was to acquaint and welcome the dignitaries and explain them the process of conducting the upcoming hackathon with the organizational framework, protocols, and discussed the various issue statements. Furthermore, the members was also familiarized with the inherent major verticals of hackathon. The members present in the meeting were:

The meeting was concluded by extending an opportunity to the various institutional partners to support the event.

- Deciding the patrons for the event.
- Venue of the inauguration.
- Discussed all 10 problem statements in detail.
- Discussed the process of inviting the institutes and their contribution in the event.
Various guidelines were decided in regard to the conduct of the event.
