FPM Department at JIMS, Rohini organized the first progressive seminar for one of its research scholars, Ms. Anuradha Jain on 29th June’2022 before the Departmental Research Committee (DRC) at the campus. The session began with a welcome address by Dr. Neelam Dhall, Dean (Research & Development). Thereafter, Ms. Anuradha gave a detailed presentation on the research work undertaken by her in the last one year. During the course of her presentation, several queries came from the DRC members, leading to a series of discussions related to the proposed model, variables under study, research objectives, and the research questionnaire developed by the scholar. All through her presentation, quite a few observations and suggestions were shared by the committee members. Overall, the review not only helped the scholar to apprise the committee members of her research progress but also helped her garner diverse perspectives to further enhance her work. Towards the end, while DRC members appreciated the scholar for her research work progression, they also advised her to incorporate the recommended changes. Dr. Neelam concluded the session by thanking the DRC members for sharing their valuable inputs with the scholar.
