The preliminary round for the event was conducted on 9th February, 2022 as a time bound online quiz with 90+ participants forming 25 teams to shortlist top 8 teams for final event on 12th February, 2022. Apart from being a fun event, the main motto was to inculcate the management skills in students to strategise the plan of action and take effective and timely decisions with available resources subject to various constraints.
On the day of final event, Mr. Sunny Seth and Ms. Jyotsna gave a warm welcome to the top 8 teams and boosted them up for the event. The teams were updated with the rules and regulations and also the perks to be given in between. Each team got a purse value of 50 crores in which they have to make a team of 9 players as per criteria given.
First bid started at a base price of 50 lakhs for a player and it went upto 17 Crores for a single player. Even some of the prominent players went unsold in the Auction in the end. All the teams participated with great enthusiasm in the event.
The event was totally about effective management, strategizing skills and timely decision making skills. The one who understood this won the event.
Flag of victory was hosted by JIMS Game Swingers followed by Rising Challengers.
