JIMS Rohini, Delhi organized a Managerial development program on “Attitude decides Altitude: Change begins from within” for officials of Punjab & Sindh Bank at JIMS campus from 11th to 13th October 2021.
The workshop started on 11th October. The resource people for the day were Dr. Neelam Dhall and Ms. Sonal Pahwa. The day started with a warm introduction and welcome by Dr. Pooja Jain. Her inspirational words were rejuvenating and revitalizing for all the attendees and gave a kick start to the event. The program included sessions on Self- Development through Transactional Analysis and Interventions for attitudinal change- Self-Motivation.
The second day includes sessions on Analyzing self through personal assessment, Interpersonal Skills and Behavioral dimensions for Team effectiveness by Ms. Harpreet Rakhra, Dr. Pooja Jain, Dr. Neelam Dhall and Dr. Deepika Saxena.
Ans the third day includes sessions on Leadership for Effective management, EQ & Success and Conflict Management by Dr. Pratima Daipuria, Ms. Anuja Thakkar and Prof. S. C. Kapoor. Participants expressed their concerns which were duly addressed by the key resource persons.
The participants were assessed on the above mentioned skilled based sessions
At the end of the workshop, the director, Dr. Pooja Jain gave the concluding speech and honored all the attendees with the certificates.
The three-day program had an enthusiastic involvement by the participants, who not only enjoyed all the activities but were able to relate the implication as well.
