TEACHER’S DAY celebration was held in the college campus. Keeping in mind the pandemic protocols and convenience of all the teachers the celebration was done completely in online mode. Although faculty members were the chief guests of the event but link was also shared with the whole PGDM and it was a surprise to see so many students joining in for the program. Event started by welcoming our guide and mentor Dr. NP Singh sir and other teachers present. The hosts of the program were Parangat Sharma (IB-First year) and Vanshika Sachdeva (Sec A- First year). With the melodious tune played on guitar by Nishant Chugh (Sec A- first year), the event started with a bang. A lot of participation was there, and all the students are very enthusiastically showcasing their talent like singing (by Rishab Jain Sec c), poem (by Sudutt IB), dance performances (by Aastha-Sec A, Bikramjeet-IB, Palak Arora- RM & Sheetal- RM). The team also organized some interesting games like Dumsharas & Bollywood Masala, where teachers had to guess the name of the movie with the hint presented in front of them. The hint included movie dialogues, songs and even symbols spelling out the name of the movies. The event was a total enjoyment where students were also participating along with the teachers. Our host, Parangat Sharma, recited a beautifully written poem for teachers mentioning their value and importance in our life. The event ended with some stories, where our mentor, Dr. NP Singh shared some heart touching stories about teachers from childhood that surely would have evoked every teacher. The event came to an end with the hosts talking about how noble the profession of teaching is and thanking every teacher for always inspiring and motivating.
