PGDM department organised a guest session on “Future of Work” on 24th July 2021 for PGDM Batch (2021-23) students by Ms Prachi Sharma, Talent and Leadership Development, Reckitt and JIMS alumni of PGDM batch (2009-11).
The speaker focused on the future of work after COVID-19. Before COVID-19, the largest disruptions to work involved new technologies and growing trade links. COVID-19 has, for the first time, elevated the importance of the physical dimension of work.
She discussed about the change in the working style of the work. Moreover, she elaborated the importance of upgrading the skill set according to the requirements of the corporate in the current scenario.
Overall, the session was very insightful. Students will look forward to more such sessions.
