PGDM Retail Management

Program Structure

Learning Environment, Pedagogy & Assessments

The programme team is friendly, experienced and supportive, and this combination leads to a degree programme which is stimulating, creative and challenging to anyone with retail in mind as a destination career. Learning will involve workshops, simulations and role-plays as well as the traditional lectures.

Combinations of coursework, essays, reports, presentations, portfolio, group work and examinations are used for assessment of the students. Students will also have undergo compulsory internship

  • Total Marks of the programme : 4000
  • Total Credits of the programme : 80 (46 credits - I year; 34 credits - II year)
  • Total Courses (Trimester I-III): Twenty five papers of 43 credits plus comprehensive viva-voce of 3 credits. Summer Internship of 6-8 weeks after the completion of third trimester.
  • Total credit(Specialization courses): 24(offered in IV & V Tri
  • Twelve papers of 20 credits plus specialization 8 credits, SIP 4 credits, Project & viva 2 credits
  • Summer Internship, Comprehensive Viva-voce and Communication are compulsory credits courses
  • Dual Specialization - RM+Marketing, RM+HR, RM+Entrepreneurial Ecommerce
