FRESHERS FIESTA – Fresher’s Party PGDM/PGDM IB/PGDM RETAIL (2013-15) students
On 7th August, 2013, JIMS witnessed an environment full of palpable excitement and zeal; students portrayed their creative instincts, vigor and the best of their talents. FRESHER’S FIESTA, the event was organized to welcome the new crop of future managers at the campus. Prof R.P Maheshwari, Director General, JIMS along with other dignitaries Dr J.K Goyal, Director, JIMS; Dr. V.B Aggarwal, Dean InfoTech, JIMS; Dr Madan Mohan, Dean-PGDM, JIMS, Dr. Ashok Bhagat, Dean- International Business, JIMS and Dr. Sumesh Raizada, Dean-Retail Management, JIMS welcomed all for an evening full of exuberance and zeal which turned out to be the best way for the two batches to interact.
Activities like Fashion Show, Talent Hunt and Mr. and Ms. Fresher contest was organized.

Ms. Yashaswani ( PGDM, 2013-15, Section C)
 
The students participated and were divided into two groups, each containing 12 students, where 6 were shortlisted on the basis of their Walk, Style, Attitude, Dance, Singing, Poem and Body Language. Our judges for the evening were Prof. Cherian George, Head, Placement Cell, JIMS and Dr. Ritu Bajaj, Faculty JIMS. The event was well conceptualized by Ms. Parul Raj, Faculty, JIMS and received great appreciation from the students and faculty. It was surely a great welcome for the new entrants by their seniors becoming a member of JIMS family.
