PGDM- Retail Management students Batch 2014-2016 undertook 20 days live project at Future Value Retail Ltd. which is ranked amongst the top 3 service brands in the country by The Nielsen Company.The project was completed under the guidance of Sunil Singh SOP manager,Big Bazaar (Inderlok) and Mr Neeraj Sharma, Senior Executive HR,Big Bazaar (Raja Garden).
 
Under their mentorship students were able enhance their skills and grasp maximum practical knowledge.Key learning of the project involved practical insight on:
- Loyalty programmes and promotional activities
- Shelf management
- Inventory management
- Customer Services and interactions
- Crowd Managment
- New Offers Information
- Section Managment of Sales and Services.
- Gift Voucher sales
- Customer relationship management
It helped students to relate their teachings to real life situations and have real time experience. The live project was organised and mentored by Mr. Akhilendra (HR) at Big Bazaar and Ms. Surbhi Jain, Head- PGDM(RM)
