Improving Performance through Team Building
JIMS HR Club organized a Workshop on “Improving Performance Through Team Building” for PGDM-IB, Ist Trimester students on 7th September 2013, Saturday in JIMS auditorium.
 
The event was organized in a collaborative style with active participation of PGDM-IB and PGDM HR IV Trimester students. The seniors had planned total activity under the mentorship of Prof. S.C. Kapoor. The event turned out to be learning, exciting and thrill driven activity for students as they acted as mentors, mentees, and even jury members.
 
Each participant had performed as per the decision of the teammates and the guidance of Prof. S.C. Kapoor along with Dr.(Prof.) Ashok Bhagat, Dean-IB. The impact of the activity on the participant was visible in terms of active participation while ensuring to follow the code of conduct decided by the mentors to be followed during the event. 10 teams from PGDM-IB, Ist Trimester participated in the event. The evaluation of the input viz output was made by the jury comprising of seniors was PGDM-IB & PGDM-Gen (HR) IVth Trimester. The organizing team had undergone a well structured rehearsal of the event much before the workshop. The winning teams of the event were rewarded for their performance.
