A full day workshop was organized by JIMS, Rohini for Senior officers of Punjab and Sind Bank at JIMS campus on Saturday, 25th January, 2020. The workshop was aimed at addressing Customer Expectations and Experience Management & Exploring Customer’ Mind-The Marketing Dimension
The inaugural session began with the address by Dr. Pooja Jain, Director, JIMS who briefed the audience about JIMS and its various industry initiatives.
The workshop was conducted in three sessions.
Session 1: Exploring Consumer’s mind
-Bhavneet Kaur, a professional corporate trainer and faculty at JIMS, conducted an engaging and interactive session. It focussed on understanding Consumer Psychology, Benefit of it in Marketing and The Siamese Twins
Session 2: Importance of Understanding customer expectations
-Yukti Ahuja, Dean IB during this session talked about Possible levels of Customer expectation, Identification of service gaps- and Creating Customer Value, Satisfaction and Loyalty through various activities.
Session 3: Customer Experience Management
-Pooja Jain, Director, conducted the session through activities and exercises. She explained the Experience Pyramid, Relationship Management and CRM Metrics
