A training session was held on Jan 22, 2020 for the Managers / Officers of Punjab & Sind Bank at the Staff Training College of the Bank. There were around 40 participants from across Northern India.
Session was conducted by Dr.Sumesh Raizada, Professor, JIMS in which he discussed the importance of ethics in personal and professional life. He also discussed the relevance of ethical conduct in the banking sector and various ethical principles that bankers should follow.
During the session, participants shared their own experiences related to ethical misconduct at their workplaces / personal life.
Overall the session was interactive and enjoyed by the participants.
