PGDM International Business organised a Guest Alumni Session on “Corporate Expectations from young business professionals” on 30th Nov 2019. Our Alumni Mr Abhyudya Sharma who is currently associated with AON Solutions as Sr Client Relations Manager shared his opinion on the said topic. He focussed on what corporates expect from the millennials while taking them on board , what are the expectations in terms of roles and responsibilities ,code of conduct and their KRA's .He elaborated on nuances while interacting with the professionals either a job opportunities or for a live assignment . According to him corporates want millennials to be focussed and stable and also target oriented.
It was an interactive and a great learning experience for the students of PGDM International Business.
