JIMS Rohini congratulates Dr. Neelam Dhall and Dr. Deepika Saxena for conducting one-day MDP on ‘Enhancing Group Discussion Skills’ for Senior officers, Punjab and Sind Bank on 15th November’2019 at their Staff Training College, Rohini. The MDP was aimed towards Pre-Promotion Training of Senior officers, Punjab and Sind Bank. About 200 Senior Bank officers PAN India participated in the programme. During the MDP, several mock GD sessions with the Senior Officers were conducted on diverse issues linked with the banking sector. At the end of every GD Session, a feedback session was held wherein faculty members shared a comprehensive performance report about each participant on various parameters. The resource persons concluded the programme by sharing few GD Tips & Tactics for enhancing Group Discussion skills with prominence on content, communication skills, body language and behavioural aspects. On the whole, the programme was well appreciated by the participants and the Training officials at Punjab and Sind Bank.
