ALUMNI CONNECT is a significant platform which gives students the opportunity to hear from their seniors about their journey and experiences from college to the corporate world.
Department of Information Technology, JIMS Rohini has effectively organized a session of Alumni Interaction Series on 2nd September 2019 from 12:00 to 02:00 pm for BCA- II and III year students. Mr. Abhimanyu Shandilya from EY (Ernst & Young) was called upon to deliver a session on “Topic: Placement Aspects”. He is working as Consultant in EY (Ernst & Young).
Mr. Abhimanyu Shandilya was welcomed as the mentors for the students and guided them with their experiences. He acted as the guiding spirit by making students aware of the various skills required to acquire a good Job stability in the fields of Software developer, tester, management and many different fields. He also told about how to have a “clear vision” and “where do you belong” scenarios. Moreover, he gave suggestions about further available options after graduation. Furthermore, he shared experiences about his journey and the difficulties faced by him from being a student to becoming a corporate person.
It was an interactive session with lot of enthusiasm from students to their session speaker.
