The Robotics Team of Department of Information Technology, JIMS organizes Robotics workshop every year for MCA students. This workshop is designed for beginners and robotics enthusiasts of all disciplines. The participants were introduced to the basic fundamentals of robotics and gained the practical experience through hands-on sessions while working on the robotics kits. The workshop helped them to enter the world of robotics and create an aptitude in the limitless field of robotics. To ignite the passion of robotics in young minds of the country, we designed the workshop with creative content and the modules that covered all basic concepts which are practically implemented in robotics.
The workshop made students understand various digital components, learning construction of boe-bots/sumo-bots, using single and bi-color LEDs and IR sensors. They made mini-projects using the concepts taught in the workshop.
