Objective of the Event
The objective of the motivational workshop, "From Idea to Impact," is to inspire and equip aspiring
entrepreneurs to transform student’s ideas into impactful ventures.
JIMS IIC organized a workshop on “From Idea to Impact-Motivational session by successful
Entrepreneur/ Start-up Founder” hosted by Ms. Shaweta Berry, 11:00 AM onwards in the B Building
Seminar hall B-302 on 28 October 2024.
The event, titled "From Idea to Impact," was a motivational workshop conducted by Shaweta Berry, the
Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Business Development at Mahanadya Universal
Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. The workshop aimed to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs by sharing valuable insights
and experiences from Shaweta's own entrepreneurial journey. It focused on guiding participants through
the process of turning an idea into a successful venture and making a tangible impact in the business
world.
During the session, Shaweta discussed key aspects of entrepreneurship, including identifying market
opportunities, creating a sustainable business model, and navigating the challenges of the entrepreneurial
