THE EVENT
The event started with pointing on the importance of Meditation and how it is an excellent
way to boost our overall health. Also discussing its numerous advantages, including stress
reduction, improved mental clarity and increased creativity.
It was also stated how research has shown that regular meditation can lower blood
pressure, improve immune function, and reduce chronic pain. It can also improve sleep
quality, which is important for overall physical health wanders.
Learning Outcomes
This session helped the curious minds of students to how to overcome stress and anxiety and
meditation can help them to a great extent. Meditation brings wisdom, lack of meditation
leaves ignorance”
Meditation is very difficult to describe and can only truly be explained once experienced. It is
the practice of mental concentration leading ultimately through a sequence of stages to the
final goal of spiritual freedom called nirvana. Meditation can be compared with any sport,
for example to basketball game. Everyone can try to play this sport but only a few know the
rules and the central dogma of the game.
