INTRODUCTION
In the face of swift-changingcompetitive environment, management teaching has hit new heights with its keyfocus on building foundation and ensuring application of concepts. Research hasbeen a significant contributor in linking the two. The ecosystem expects theBusiness schools teachers to be both effective teachers and researchers. Aneducator's job is not just about disseminating the existing knowledge but alsoabout creating, delivering and integrating knowledge to achieve certainlearning outcomes. Hence, to ensure effective delivery it is necessary that theknowledge be delivered with the most operative, modern and avant-garde teachingtools/ mechanisms. For continuous up gradation engaging in research is aprerequisite for educators. This Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is aimedat developing acumen in research through a multivariate structural analysistechnique called SEM.
PARTICIPANTS
This FDP would be useful forprofessional development of management faculty, researchers, and trainersworking in business schools, universities, colleges, professional institutes,staff training colleges, training centers etc.
DURATION
Five Days (June 26-June 30,2018). The timings of programme would be from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for allprogramme days.
REGISTRATION
Interested participants mayregister by sending the filled registration form at [email protected] withthe subject line “Registration for SEM FDP 2018” latest by 3rd June, 2018. Theseats will be filled by first come first served basis. The fee for the programis 4800 inclusive of tax. The registration fee entitles the participants forcourse material, lunch for each day and tea/coffee during the program. Lodgingand boarding facility at the campus hostel is available on actuals.
