Dr. Jyotsna Oswal

Specialisation: Management
Dr. Jyotsna is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Management Department of Jagan Institute of Management Studies Sector 5 Rohini New Delhi. She has a teaching experience of more than 9 years. After doing her BBA, MBA and B.Ed., she has completed her PhD in “Workplace Spirituality and its Impact on Employee Efficacy: Public and Private Colleges in Delhi (NCR)”. Her area of specialization is Human Resource and Marketing. She has published many research papers in Nationals and Internationals Journals of high repute and has presented papers in reputed conferences like PHD Chamber House Delhi, Auropath International University Thailand etc and won several best paper awards. She is also awarded with Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Best Faculty Award 2021 in Appreciation of the commitment and dedication in Teaching and Research in Human Resource Management.

She is also very active in the arena of social welfare and has been working tirelessly for the upliftment of underprivileged people, children and women since the last 12 years through her NGO-UNHAD. As the secretary of the UNHAD Foundation, she continues her work of redressal and sensitization pertaining to child abuse, child trafficking, child marriage, alcohol and drug abuse; has been instrumental in the implementation of various initiatives related to education for children and women, skills training and environmental safety. She has also recently delivered a talk as a resource person on Gender Sensitisation and Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace at NSUT, Delhi. She is also the active member at Psalm Education Trust designed to promote the culture of learning, awareness and to facilitate ‘education for all.’
