I have done my Ph.D from Jagannath University. Also qualified with M.Com,MBA(Ex), PGDBM, Eng Hons and is now working as Assistant Professor in Jims.I worked with SRCC and LBC, university of Delhi.I also cleared UGC-Net in Dec,2010.I have presented and published research papers in national and international seminars,conferences. Many papers have been published in journals of high repute.

I have chaired two technical sessions in National conference on HRM held in 2013 &2014 respectively. My Ist edition on marketing management was  published by Atlantic Publishers in 2015 and another book on HRM in january,2017
