Dr. Pratima Daipuria

- Management

Specialisation: Management
She is currently Dean PGDM Progam at JIMS Rohini.

She holds  MBA in  Human Resource  Management, MA in Economics  and  PhD from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi on Emotional Intelligence.

Dr Daipuria engages in higher education landscape with stakeholders and designs and develops newer modules of learning keeping pace with industry trends.

She is a Certified Hogan Assessor and makes use of personality based assessments for consultancy support to industry in selections, team building, training and coaching.  With  more than 19 years of experience that includes both academic and corporate, she  is actively involved in Corporate consultancy and training  projects in areas of   emotional intelligence, interpersonal relations, leadership, team dynamics,  work-life balance, stress management, personal effectiveness.She regularly conducts training sessions for leading banks and PSUs like Indian Aviation Academy, Punjab and Sind Bank, Delhi Transport Corporation, to name a few. 

She believes that  no two individuals are similar and there are special moments in one’s life that pull everything we have learned. She loves to mentor  young minds by helping them converge- theory, practice, learning and talent.
