Standard Trade Operating Procedures & Integrated Taxonomy is a system agnostic trade validation engine to enforce agreed booking standards on trade imputers. The engine also derives an RBS standard product code based on the characteristics and features of the trade.
Ensure booking templates are used only for agreed business practices with particular focus on
proxy bookings (agreed abuses of trade tickets). The main purpose is to control and communicate this to consumers. The system also is the first step in RBS taxonomy as feature based product codes are derived on each valid trade.
Sitting in the message layer behind trade capture STOPIT consumes EMM messages unpacks the message into a predefined schema and runs trades against business rules to validate the content and accuracy with respect to agreed predefined booking standards. These exceptions are highlighted to users through the reports.
